the one-bedroom suite had a nice kitchen and laundry facilities, perfect for cooking. the staff were polite. the breakfast was fresh and had a variety of choices. a lovely selection of fresh bread was provided.

i had to call several times because a bathrobe was missing! the employee who brought the missing item seemed annoyed.

Breakfast included a good selection. The room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was great. The hotel had three pools one for families, one for kids and one for adults. Lifeguards supervised children at pools. I found free shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates convenient.

I find limited drinking water by the pool area a slight inconvenience.

The front desk team were always ready to help. The staff at the restaurant were very well trained. They always smiled and always did their best to help. Housekeeping was always prompt and kept everything super clean.
